Triflux
The Triflux is a plastic random tower packing based on an established packing geometry that has proven itself in a wide range of industrial applications.
Its structure provides a void fraction of up to 95%, promoting effective gas-liquid contact while maintaining low resistance to gas flow. These characteristics make Triflux suitable for applications where reliable hydraulic performance are important considerations.
The spherical geometry contributes to efficient installation and practical handling during maintenance and packing replacement activities.
Triflux is available in multiple sizes and materials to meet different process requirements. RVT offers the packing in 2" and 3.5" sizes, with materials including PP, PE, PVDF, and additional polymers available upon request.
Typical applications include water and wastewater treatment, groundwater remediation, scrubbing systems, gas treatment systems, and other chemical applications where plastic packings are commonly used.
Triflux extends the range of plastic packing solutions within the RVT portfolio and provides an additional option for customers who prefer or specify this established packing geometry.
Manufactured in the USA
Triflux is currently manufactured at RVT's facility in Knoxville, Tennessee, supporting customers in North America with local production and availability, and enabling short lead times and improved supply flexibility for maintenance, turnaround, and emergency projects.
